Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner's case is that the petition mentioned FMB has not been correctly drawn. He wants it to be rectified. The petitioner has given representation on 18.07.2023.

3. The second respondent is directed to look into the same and conduct field exercise and give appropriate disposal to the petitioner's representation. This exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
