ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN,J) The matter in issue pertains to the non-issuance of Hindu Scheduled Tribe Konda Reddy community certificate.

2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the contemnors would submit that since the community certificate has been issued, nothing remains for further adjudication.

3. In the light of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
