This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 20.08.2015 and thereby accord permission to conduct the Villisai on 27.09.2015 to 29.09.2015 and Pongal Vaithal on 30.09.2015 and to provide police protection on 27.09.2015 to 30.09.2015 to the Temple, Arulmigu Pulamadasamy Thirukovil Kodaivizha at Agaram Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District.

2.Heard the counsel appearing for the petitioner and the Additional https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the Additional Government Pleader that the relief as sought for by the petitioner does not survive as on date and hence, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this matter. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
