Seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.4/2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner ; the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the first respondent and I have also perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.4 of 2014 has been completed and charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No.133 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate, NO.II, Nagercoil.
