PRAYER: This Criminal Petition is filed U/s.482 Cr.P.C to issue a direction directing the respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in a civil dispute of money transaction. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for issuing a direction to the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in a civil dispute of money transaction.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent would submit that on the basis of complaint given by the 2nd respondent enquiry was undertaken by the respondent police and during the course of investigation, the petitioner did not appear and that the 2nd respondent gave a statement that since there is no co-operation from the petitioner,, further action need not taken by the respondent police so that the complaint was closed.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
