This Criminal Original Petition is filed for issuing a direction to the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 herein to register the complaint given to first respondent by the petitioner dated, 21.10.2016 forwarded to the second respondent dated, 24.03.2017 and take necessary action within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents on instructions would submit that the petition enquiry was conducted by the respondent police and after enquiry, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition was closed by advising the parties to approach the Civil Court for appropriate remedies. He has also produced a copy of the report before this Court.
