This writ petition is filed for writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to register the sale deed dated 12.04.2021 presented on 12.04.2021 in respect of the land in Survey No.1400/1B, 1400/1C, 1400/1D, 1400/1E and 1400/1F situated at Vadaveeranayakanpatti Village, Periakulam Taluk, Theni District, within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court. 2.The contention of the petitioner is that the respondents have refused to register the same by citing the civil suit and the petitioner contended that the said civil suit has nothing to do with the registration. 2/5

3.The respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation as per law and pass orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
