O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 4 to forbear the 5th and 6th respondents from harassing the petitioner and to give protection by considering petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, the 5th respondent is her son and 6th respondent is her daughter-in-law and due to some misunderstanding, the 5th and 6th respondents have attempted to vacate the petitioner from the house by demanding to execute the sale deed in their favour. Therefore, she sent a representation to the respondents no.1 to 4 on 19.02.2025, but the same has not been considered. Therefore, she has filed this petition. Page No. 2 of 6

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.2 to 4 would submit that already the petitioner lodged a complaint against the respondents no.5 and 6 and the same was closed after enquiry on 15.02.2025. Now again the petitioner sent a representation on 19.02.2025 and the 1st respondent has also forwarded the complaint of the petitioner to the 3rd respondent and the same is under consideration. They will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this Court without even issuing notice to the respondents no.5 and 6 inclined to pass orders.

5. According to the petitioner, she sent a representation as against the respondents no.5 and 6 to the respondents no.1 to 4 and the same has not been considered. But, the 1st respondent after receipt of the representation has forwarded the same to the 3rd respondent and the 3rd respondent has also admitted the receipt of the representation of the petitioner and now the same is under enquiry. Therefore, it is for the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry and pass appropriate orders on the Page No. 3 of 6

representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.2025. In view of the same, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 19.02.205 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of one week from the date of this order.

6. With the above said observations and directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
