ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent police to return the passport of the petitioner. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the passport has already been handed over to the petitioner on 11.02.2016 and the acknowledgment of the same was produced before the Court.

3.In view of the above development nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
