ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to issue a direction to transfer the investigation on the complaint, dated 26.03.2022 to some other agency and to take appropriate action on the complaint made by the petitioner, dated 26.03.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.04.2022.
