Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue an order or direction or writ in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to entertain registration of deeds of the petitioner which is relating to Ayan Punja lands in Survey No.65/1, 66/2, 67/1, 67/2, 68 situated at Ilankulam Village and Survey No.100/2, 103/1A, 103/1A, 1B,2A, 2B, 103/2A, 2B, 104/2, 105/1, 108/1A, 1B, 117/2B situated at Pappankulam Village, Nanguneri Sub Registration limit, Tirunelveli Registration District Tirunelveli District based on the petitioner's representation dated 12.2.2020 ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.T.Selvan, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.A.K.Manikkam, Cousel For State for the respondent, this Court made the following Order: This application has been filed to reopen the Cont.P.(MD) No.986 of 2020.

2. This Court, by order dated 22.01.2021, closed the Cont.P. (MD)No.986 of 2020, recording the order passed by the respondent dated 10.02.2020.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that without issuing any notice or giving opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner, the respondent has passed the order dated 10.02.2020, rejecting the representation of the petitioner and as per the order passed by the respondent, this Court has closed Contempt Petition. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present application seeking to reopen the Cont.P.(MD)No.986 of 2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is of the view that as per the directions issued by this Court, the respondent has passed the order dated 10.02.2020. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, it is open to him to challenge the same, in the manner known to law. Therefore, the present application is not maintainable and the same is liable to be rejected.

Accordingly, this application is closed.
