*********** [Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Challenge in this Writ Petition is to the proceedings of the second respondent dated 22.05.2018, in No.1459/A1/2018 and for a direction to the second respondent herein to invoke Sections 68(2) and 69 of the Registration Act, as well as Circular issued by the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

first respondent in Letter No.41530/U1/2017 dated 08.11.2017 and to cancel or annul the fraudulent registration of Trust, namely, Vadalivilai Oor Sri Mutharamman Temple, Hindu Nadar Samuthaya Vagai Trust registered under Document No.356 of 2015, dated 30.11.2015, registered before the third respondent.

2. Though much has been said by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner, in effect, is that by registration of trust deed, as Document No.356 of 2015, dated 30.11.2015, the fourth respondent might gain mileage in respect of the control over matters and properties relating to a private temple.

3. We have perused the order passed by the second respondent herein dated 22.05.2018. We find no error in the order passed by the second respondent. As rightly informed by the second respondent, if the petitioner is aggrieved, in any manner, owing to the registration of the trust deed, it is for him to work out his remedy before the appropriate forum. We make it clear that we are not expressing any view on the merits or otherwise of the case of the petitioner.

4. The Writ Petition is dismissed with the above observation. No costs.
