This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, directing the first respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry and to abide with the guidelines stipulated by the Supreme Court in Rajesh Sharma & others. Vs. State of U.P. & another reported in 2018-1-L.W. (Crl) 456.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint has been referred to the District Legal Services Authority for conducting enquiry and after receiving report from the District Legal Services Authority, it came to light that the contention of the petitioner that he was harassed by the respondent police, is incorrect. 3.In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), no further order is required in the Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
