ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 26.03.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 5(m), 6, 9(m), 10 POCSO Act 2012 in Crime No.70 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 26.03.2021, at about 08.30 pm., the petitioner, on the guise of the getting chocolate to the victim boy, who is aged about 10 years, tried to have unnatural physical relationship with him and touched his private parts. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 26.03.2021 and therefore, he seeks bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent strongly opposed this petition on the ground that the petitioner has committed serious offence against minor boy and he also gave 164 Cr.P.C., statement, in which, he clearly told about the illegal act of the petitioner.

CRL OP(MD)No.6267 of 2021 5.Considering the seriousness of the offence committed by the petitioner and that investigation is not over, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
