ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of a Mandamus, seeking consideration of a representation given by the petitioner on 01.03.2023 by which he states that the second respondent / Inspector of District Panchayat / The District Collector, Tenkasi District, should inspect the distribution of funds allotted to the Central and State Fund Committees by the third respondent / The Chairman, Tenkasi District Panchayat to the wards of Tenkasi District Panchayats.
2. The Court is not the monitoring authority or the disciplinary authority of the Collector / Inspector of District Panchayat of the Tenkasi District. The Collector has his/her duties to perform and there must be clear division and separation of responsibilities between the executive and judiciary. Every District Collector will perform his / her duty. The Court cannot be a monitoring authority of the District Collector.

3. The petitioner has given a representation. It is not for the Court to give any mandamus for consideration of any such representation. It is for the District Collector to consider it or not to consider it.
