ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police in connection with Crime No.86 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 379 of IPC r/w Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957, has 1/3

filed this petition.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner and other accused have illegally transported three units of river sand by using tipper lorry. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor strongly opposes for grant of anticipatory bail on the ground that the petitioner has four pervious cases to his credit.
