4. The petitioner is juvenile and hence, these petitions are not maintainable in view of the order passed by

this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1785 of 2016 and Batch, dated 16.02.2016. Accordingly, both the Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed.
