The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the first respondent to direct the third respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 19.01.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. It is seen that the petitioner herein herself is an accused in several cases. However, on reading of the complaint, dated 19.01.2016, lodged by her, it is seen that she is a Doctor by profession and she has borrowed money from an ordinary fruit-vendor / third respondent as loan. She has alleged that the fruit-vendor / third respondent is demanding money based on the fabricated document, dated 20.02.2015. The fact https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ remains that the said fruit-vendor has given only a xerox copy of the alleged document, based on which the petitioner wants to register a case.

4. Taking into consideration the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to give a positive direction to the respondent Police to register case based on the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.01.2016.
