ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register a case against the culprits and do further investigation based on the complaint dated 04.09.2015 lodged by the petitioner before the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and closed.

3. On a careful reading of the complaint dated 04.09.2015 given by the petitioner, it is clearly stated that the name of the petitioner's father is Backianatha Nadar, who is the owner of the said property and one Bakiam, claiming to be an owner of the property, executed a bogus sale deed dated 10.10.2014 in the name of Pushparaj. Thus there is a prima facie material to conduct enquiry.

4. Today, Mr.A.Kathirvel, Special Sub Inspector of Police, the Anti Land Grabbing Special Cell, Thoothukudi is present. Hence, the second respondent is directed to conduct a thorough enquiry into the complaint given by the petitioner dated 04.09.2015 and take action in accordance with law.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
