ORDER

The Writ Appeal was dismissed as withdrawn dated 23.07.2024. Thereafter, they have preferred a review with a delay of 350 days, from the date of dismissal of the writ appeal. Only to protract the proceedings and prevent the petitioner from enjoying the fruits of the order of this Court, this Review Application is filled with a huge delay of nearly one year.
