ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to cancel the patta issued in the name of the petitioner's father's brothers' without any notice to the petitioner and consequently, issue joint patta in the name of the all legal heirs of the petitioner's grandfather. The petitioner has given a representation on 27.01.2025. The writ petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conduct an enquiry after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the other interested parties, if any, and pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 27.01.2025, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
