Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying this Hon'ble Court to allow this Civil Revision Petition and direct the Principal District Court(1st PDJ) Trichy to expedite and dispose the Execution petition in E.P.No. 616 of 2015 in O.S.No. 187 of 2012 on the file of the 1st Additional District Court, (1st PDJ) Trichy with in stipulated time.

ORDER: This Petition coming on for hearing on this day, upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the requisition letter submitted by the Ist Additional District Judge(PCR), Trichy vide the letter in D.No.536/2018 dated 22.05.2018, upon hearing M/s. K.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner, this court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today for extension of time for disposing the Execution Petition in E.P.No.616 of 2015 in O.S.No.187 of 2012 together with E.A.Nos.53 and 54 of 2016, on the file of the I Additional District Judge, Trichy.

2. This Court has already disposed of the Civil Revision Petition by order dated 11.10.2017, directing the trial Court to dispose of E.P.No.616 of 2015 in O.S.No.187 of 2012 together with E.A.Nos.53 and 54 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. There was a request from the learned trial Judge on 31.01.2018 for extension of time and the same was granted. Now, the learned Judge has again sought for further three months time. Hence, the matter was listed today.

3. Considering the averments made by the Court below, this Court is inclined to extend time further.

4. Accordingly, the time for disposing the E.P.No.616 of 2015 in O.S.No.187 of 2012 together with E.A.Nos.53 and 54 of 2016, is

extended for a further period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, finally. No further extension will be given.
