Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to execute the sureties and surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that earlier this Court by an order, dated 16.06.2020 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on condition to surrender https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3671 of 2020 before the concerned Court within a period of 15 days. During the total lock down period, he could not appear before the concerned Court and produce the sureties.

3. Considering the request, time granted by this Court vide order dated 16.06.2020 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5853 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today.
