O R D E R

Aggrieved by the order of the trial Court awarding Rs.20,000/- as litigation expenses, this revision is filed on the ground that the petitioner is not liable to pay any litigation expenses to the respondent, who is living adulterous life.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent strongly opposed the above contention of the revision petitioner. However, in order to give a quietus to this issue, he is ready to receive Rs.15,000/- as litigation expenses and proceed with I.D.O.P. Case, if the petitioner is ready to co-operate for the disposal of I.D.O.P.No.53 of 2015 at the earliest.

3.Taking note of the said submission, the order is modified to the effect that the petitioner is liable to pay Rs.15,000/- to the respondent towards litigation expenses within 10 days from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This civil revision petition is disposed of with the above modification. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
