ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his wife from the third respondent and his henchmen.

2. According to the petitioner, he availed loan from the third respondent and paid EMI regularly, but the third respondent asked the petitioner to pay the entire amount with interest and the same was refused by the petitioner. Therefore, the third respondent on 07.03.2025 onwards used to come to the petitioner's house and made criminal intimidation. Therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first and second respondents on 20.03.2025, but the same has not been considered. Hence, filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the petitioner availed loan from the third respondent and there is a due in payment of loan amount, thereby the third respondent 2/5

demanded the petitioner for payment of money, for that the petitioner lodged a complaint against the third respondent and the same was enquired and closed. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

4. Since the prayer of the petitioner is to give police protection and already the complaint of the petitioner was considered and closed, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, if the third respondent indulges in any criminal activity, then the petitioner can approach the second respondent in accordance with law.
