Criminal Appeal filed under Section 14(A)(2) of the Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015, to set aside the order learned District and Sessions Judge, Special Court for Schedule Castes and Schedule Tribes (POA) Act Cases, Srivilliputhur made in Crl.M.P.No641 of 2020 dated 02.06.2020 and allow this appeal by enlarging the petitioners on bail in FIR No.109 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent Police.

ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Balaji, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.K.Dinesh Babu, Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents R1 and R2, this Court made the following order: This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.A.(MD)No.200 of 2020 dated 14.07.2020. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 17.07.2020 till now.

It is stated that due to lack of public transportation, it is very difficult to comply with the condition and prayed the condition imposed on the petitioner to be relaxed.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent has admitted that the petitioner is abiding the condition from 17.07.2020 onwards.

4.Considering the submissions made by both the counsel and also considering the present situation, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on weekly once i.e., on every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
