Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the First Information Report, this Court is of the view that it is not a fit case to transfer the investigation in Crime No.78 of 2015 to any other agency, instead it would suffice, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Musiri, Trichy District, the second respondent, is directed to monitor the investigation in Cr.No.78 of 2015 and take action in accordance with, as expeditiously as possible. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
