Madurai granted by this Court vide Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2492 of 2024 dated 20.02.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.1354 of 2023, which was registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(B) NDPS Act and he filed a petition for anticipatory bail and the same was ordered on 20.02.2024, however, till date the petitioner failed to execute sureties and surrender before the Court below. 3.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to extend the time. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
