ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the Petitioner's representation, dated 11.08.2015 within the time frame stipulated by this Court by affording sufficient opportunity. 2.Heard the submissions made on either side and perused the records. 3.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent had categorically stated before this Court that, all they require is the proper Succession Certificate obtained from a competent Court of Law, stating actual persons, who are the legal heirs of the deceased.

4.The learned counsel for the Petitioner would contend that they are the proper legal heirs and they are prepared to appear before the lower Court to obtain necessary Succession Certificate, which will clearly give the correctness of the legal heirs.

5.Recording the above said submissions made on either side, this Writ Petition is closed, for getting Succession Certificate by the Petitioner and to produce the same before the respondent herein, for further action. No costs.
