COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the third and fourth respondents to allow the petitioner to take part in the transfer counselling scheduled to be held on 16.06.2018 in conformity with G.O.IDNo.256, School Education Department, dated 19.04.2017 by relaxing clause 8(i) of G.O.ID.No.403, School Education Department, dated 29.05.2018 and by considering the petitioners' applications, dated 04.06.2018 and 05.06.2018 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on both sides. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that on the basis of interim order granted by this Court, the prayer of the petitioners had already been met out, and such submission is not refuted by the learned Counsel for the petitioners. 4.In view of the above submission, recording the same, these writ petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
