The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 166 days in representing the appeal papers, challenging the order passed in E.C.No.85 of 2023 dated 18.06.2025 on the file of the Joint Commissioner of Labour, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons assigned and also the quantum of delay, this Court is inclined to condone the delay.

Accordingly, this petition is ordered and the Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list it for admission in the usual course.
