ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to hand over the original Documents No.2478/1995 1049/2006, 3521/2010, 549/2011, 553/2011, 5247/2013 5248/2013, 3674/2014 to the Concerned Judicial Magistrate. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the documents sought for by the petitioner are with the custody of the respondents and they https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

are likely to be produced before the concerned Magistrate within a period of one week.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the respondents shall produce the documents before the Magistrate Concerned within a period of one week and on such production, the petitioner is at liberty to get certified copies of those documents from the Court concerned and thereafter, if it is required for any other purpose, the respondents shall get suitable orders from the Court concerned/shall get the documents returned.

5.The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
