Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the order made in E.P.No.63 of 2012 in M.C.O.P.No.355 of 2004, on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Chief Judicial Magistrate), Karur, dated 26.12.2016.
DECREE: This Civil Revision Petition coming on for hearing on Tuesday the First day of August Two Thousand and Seventeen and upon perusing the petition the order of the lower court and the material papers in the case and hearing the arguments of Mr.P.Athimoolapandian, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.Srinivasa Raghavan, for Mr.K.Saburkhan, Advocates for the Respondents 1 to 3 having stood over for consideration till date, this court, doth order and decree as follows: i) that the fair and decreetal order dated 26.12.2016 made in EP.No.63 of 2012 in MCOP.No.355 of 2004 on the file of the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal (Chief Judicial Magistrate), Karur, be and hereby are confirmed and this Civil Revision Petition dismissed; ii) that the petitioner herein do pay the Respondents 1 to 3 herein a sum of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten Only) being the costs incurred in this Civil Revision Petition.
