This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of the case pending in CC No.293 of 2015.

2.The reasons given by the petitioner to seek for a transfer are not convincing this Court. No grounds have been made out for the transfer of the case.

3.The learned Government Advocate would submit that there is NBW pending against the petitioner.

4.In the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ a direction to the Court below, to complete the proceedings in CC

No.293 of 2015, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
