For Respondents : Mr.S.B.Kayvin Prince 4 and 5 O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking direction to issue direction to the third respondent herein to provide necessary police protection in the light of his representation dated 27.02.2023. 2.On the basis of the Civil Court decree, a representation was made by the petitioner to provide police protection for the purpose of carrying out the repair work in the pathway area measuring about 1.50 feets. When a trouble was made by the private respondent, he made a representation seeking police protection.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the above said representation was considered and finding that the civil dispute between the parties, the above said representation was closed. 4.Now both sides are relying upon the very same court decree. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that violating the above said Court decree only, the above said trouble has been made. If there is an violation on the part of the private respondents herein, the petitioner 2/4
can very well approach the concerned civil Court itself for contempt. Granting police protection in such sort of matter may not be appropriate. 5.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy through appropriate civil process.
