O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining the willful disobedience of the order dated 22.03.2021 in W.P(MD)No. 4195 of

2021, wherein this Court directed the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 20.08.2019 submitted by the petitioner on its own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the representation submitted by the petitioner was considered as directed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.4195 of 2021 and sanctioned pension to the petitioner by the proceedings dated 23.02.2024.

3. The copy of the proceedings dated 23.02.2024 has been produced before this Court.

4. However, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondent has not taken into consideration the entire service rendered by the petitioner.

5. This Court has not decided the issue on merits and only directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner by passing order dated 23.02.2024 and as per the said direction, the respondent has considered the representation. If the petitioner has got any grievance in respect of the proceedings dated 23.02.2024, it is open to the petitioner to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

6. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 23.02.2024 Index :
