ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 379 I.P.C, and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation)Act, 1957, in Crime No.271 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that without any valid permission, the petitioner has illegally transported 3 units of sand. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the coaccused has been released on bail by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.722 of 2022, vide order dated 12.01.2022.

CRL OP(MD). No.7954 of 2022 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is having one previous case similar in nature in Crime No.56 of 2021. 5.Perusal of records shows that the application filed by the petitioner seeking anticipatory bail along with co-accused was dismissed against the petitioner by this Court on 12.01.2022 and there is no change of circumstances.
