2. When the matter was listed for admission on 26.04.2022, the case was adjourned by recording the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that he would impleade all the necessary parties as party respondents. Till now no such impleading petition has been filed.

3. The prayer in the writ petition for forbearing TANGEDCO from giving EB connection in the petition mentioned survey numbers. His prayer has obviously become infructuous in respect of the connection that already been granted. The petitioner has not enclosed the patta in respect of the petition mentioned land. The petitioner may have to move the jurisdictional civil Court for getting injunction. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

4. With this liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional civil Court, this writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. 03.10.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No MGA 2/4
