RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT IN BOTH PETITIONS Petitions filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petitions filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the conditions imposed on these petitioners in order passed by this Honble court in Crl O.P (MD) Nos. 4807 & 4804 of 2023 dated 15.03.2023 to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the defacto complainant as directly and permit these petitioners to appear before the Inspector of Police, Kanniyakumari Marine Police Station, Kanniyakumari District instead of the respondent police. CRL MP(MD) No.5527 of 2023 These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.4807 & 4804 of 2023, dated 15.03.2023.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Kanniyakumari Marine Police Station, Kanniyakumari, Kanniyakumari District for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. The other conditions imposed on the petitioners are left intact.

4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
