ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and perusing the order dated 18.02.2021 in Crl MP(MD) No.1364 of 2021 in the above Crl.OP and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. R.M.Anbunithi, Addl.Public Prosecutor (Crl. Side), Advocate for the Petitioner, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to extend the time further four months period to complete the investigation and to the final report in Crl.M.P(MD)No.1364 of 2021 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.11509 of 2022, dated 18.02.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor requested four months to comply with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, the time already granted by this Court is extended by three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
