[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed praying for direction to the respondents to secure and produce the body or person of the petitioner's daughter namely Abitha, D/o.Chelladurai, aged about 21 years and set her at liberty. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Neelakandan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that the daughter of the petitioner was a major aged about 21 years and she was having love affairs with one Vadivazhagan, who belongs to Kolakudi, Cuddalore District and they got married on 08.07.2020 and they appeared before Vadalur Police Station on 21.07.2020 and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.461 of 2020 both of their statements were recorded by the Police. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the Xerox copy of the statement given by the petitioner's daughter Abitha and the said Vadivazhagan.

3. In the light of the above, we are of the opinion that no further order is necessary in this petition and hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
