When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has filed second appeal in S.A.(MD)No.45 of 2018, which was disposed of on 01.02.2018, granting ten months time to hand over the property. Therefore, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. Permission is granted.
