This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the learned Principal District Munsif, Valliyoor to allow the copy applications of the petitioners in C.A.No.1575 of 2017 and furnish the Fair and Decreetal order in I.A.No.730 of 2017 in O.S.No.116 of 2017, along with the 'B' Dairy Extract in O.S.No.116 of 2017 within the time framed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3.Today when the matter is called, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer made in this petition has already been granted.

4. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the first respondent would submit that the petitioner will not take advantage of the interim order passed by this Court in this revision.

5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. However, the interim order passed by this Court will not in any way affect the proceedings and the appeal will be adjudicated on its own merits without reference to the interim order, which has been passed in this revision.
