O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to conduct enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 10.02.2025 as against the fourth respondent.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given 2 sovereigns of gold ornaments and paid a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- to the fourth respondent. However, the fourth respondent did not return the abovesaid money as well as the gold ornaments. Therefore, she lodged a complaint against the fourth respondent before the third respondent, on 03.01.2024, but no action was taken and thereby, the petitioner sent a representation, on 10.02.2025 and the same has also not been considered. Therefore, she filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there is a money dispute pending between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and thereby, the Page No. 2 of 5

petitioner lodged a complaint, dated 03.01.2024 and the same is under enquiry. Now, the representation by the petitioner, dated 10.02.2025 also received by them on 12.02.2025 and they will conduct the enquiry and dispose of the same within one week.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the fourth respondent, is inclined to pass orders.

5. According to the petitioner, she lodged a complaint against the fourth respondent before the third respondent on 03.01.2024 and no action was taken and thereby, she sent a representation on 10.02.2024 and the same was also under consideration.

6. The third respondent admitted the receipt of the complaint and the representation, dated 10.02.2025 and the same are under enquiry. Therefore, it is for the third respondent to complete enquiry and to take appropriate decision based on the petitioner's representation. In view of the same, recording the abovesaid submission of the third respondent, this Court directs him to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.02.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a Page No. 3 of 5

period of one week from the date of this order.

7. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
