Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SARVAGAN PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate on behalf of the Second Respondent, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This petition has been filed to extend the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3401 of 2020 in Crl.R.C.(MD)No.394 of 2020, dated 29.06.2020.

3. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that this Court has passed an order for deposit of a sum of Rs.1,50,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of C.C.No.89 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court (Fast Track Court at Magistrate Level), Palani, on or before 15.07.2020. It is stated that due to the present pandemic situation, the petitioner is not able to mobilize the fund within the time limit and prayed for extension of time.

4. The learned Government Advocate has no serious objection.

5. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and one month time is granted from today.
