O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to provide police protection to the petitioner herein based on his complaint, dated 05.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. It is seen that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner herein, a case in Crime No.72 of 2016 has been registered under Sections 406, 420, 294(b), 323, 427 I.P.C., r/w 3(1)(x) S.C./S.T.Act, against the respondents 4 and 5 herein. Whileso, the respondents 4 and 5 are unnecessarily giving trouble to the petitioner.

4. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the third respondent and on receipt of such complaint, the third respondent is directed to enquire into the same and take action in accordance with law and the petitioner shall be afforded sufficient protection.

5. With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
