This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 727 days in filing the above Review Application before this Court as against the order passed by this Court made in W.A(MD)No.1061 of 2021, dated 3.6.2021. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner/Review Applicant and 2/4

perused the materials placed before this Court. 3.This Court finds that in the affidavit filed in support of the Condone delay petition filed to condone the delay of 727 days in filing the above Review Application does not contain satisfactory reason. Hence the Petition to condone the delay is dismissed. Consequently, Review Application at SR stage stands dismissed. No costs.
