ORDER
These matters are listed today under the caption 'for being mentioned' at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
3. This Court by order dated 28.04.2026 in paragraphs -2 & 3 observed as follows:- "2.Today, it is reported that the petitioner is inclined to vacate the premises and withdraw the petitions. The petitioners have also filed memo seeking to withdraw the petitions.
3. Based on the memos, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioners are directed to vacate the premises on or before 10.07.2026."
4. Registry is directed to delete the paragraphs 2 & 3 of the order dated 28.04.2026 and incorporate the following paragraphs. 1/3
"2. Today the petitioners have filed a memo seeking to withdraw the petitions. Permission is granted. Based on the memos, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
3. In the earlier order, this Court directed the petitioners to vacate the premises, however, till date the petitioners have not vacated the premises. Therefore, the petitioners are directed to vacate the premises on or before 10.07.2026."
4. Registry is directed to issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned with the aforesaid corrections.
