In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking for issuance of a Writ of mandamus directing the third respondent to sanction and disburse the educational loan by considering the petitioner's father's representation dated 05.09.2014 and petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2014.

Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's application for educational loan in accordance with IBI norms and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
