O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the fair and decreetal order passed in E.A.No.67 of 2017 in E.P.No.7 of 2014 in O.S.No.237 of 2006 by the Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

2.On 13.10.2017, when the matter was taken up for consideration, this Court found that there was no ground to interfere with the order of the Court below. The learned counsel for the petitioner requested four months time to vacate the premises in question. This Court directed the petitioner to file an affidavit of undertaking.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner has filed an affidavit of undertaking stating that he will vacate the premises in question within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.Recording the undertaking affidavit filed by the petitioner, four months time is granted to the petitioner to vacate the premises. It is made clear that if there is any violation, it would be opened to the respondent to evict the petitioner without filing an E.P. The undertaking affidavit shall form part of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
